The Erasmus+ KA2 GreenCons focuses on raising awareness about greenwashing, a deceptive practice used by companies to appear more environmentally friendly than they actually are. The project provides adults and adult education centers with the skills and knowledge needed to identify and combat these misleading strategies.
Through research, data collection, and educational initiatives, the project will:
- Analyze adult attitudes toward greenwashing through structured focus groups
- Investigate corporate greenwashing practices worldwide
- Develop resources such as the Anti-Greenwashing Handbook to support awareness and education
GreenCons adopts a structured and research-based approach, combining qualitative analysis with real-life case studies. The findings will be translated into practical educational materials to help individuals and institutions identify and prevent greenwashing.
